As a serial entrepreneur she started her first company, Adeline’s Gourmet Foods. She launched a line of gourmet fruit salsas, vegetable won ton chips, asian fusion vinegars, wine infused cooking sauces and confections. Her line was sold in natural food stores and specialty retailers such as Whole Foods Market, Bristol Farms, Neiman Marcus and Harry & David.  She has extensive knowledge in recipe development, lab testing, nutritional labeling, product development , private label and co-packaging.

Additionally, she is premier source for creative gifts and ideas to help both the individual and corporate gift buyer. She takes pride in designing beautiful gift presentations. Her customers rely on her expert advice, product sourcing capabilities and innovative designs to find and produce the perfect gift for any occasion or event. The key to her success is helping the individual gift buyer tune into the recipient’s interests, tastes and personality so as to ultimately choose the best gift. Special artistic care goes into packaging the gift and delivering that extra “WOW” factor –hence, the long list of celebrity recipients and clients from Oprah to Aerosmith.

Adeline, is also creator of the award winning website, cleverparties.com. She found a hole in the entertainment and party planning area. Through her visionary efforts she designed an online site that gives party planners the ability to order party décor and essentials as well as share and exchange ideas with a social networking community all in one place.

Today, she is a Senior Content Strategist for Southern California Edison where she has helped transform sce.com from a 2000 page website to a robust and leaner 400 page responsive design website. She leads and executes mobile first strategy and relies on data analysis to help create more engaging interactive web content. She has won several awards for customer satisfaction and web content accessibility guidelines.

When she is not working on content strategy she is a busy a hockey mom. In her free time, you can find Adeline in the kitchen experimenting with food recipes or sipping wine with her husband.DSC_0068
