When I arrived at Southern California Edison (SCE), the company had many different styles and no true oversight of creative.  There were many departments with staff as well as outside agencies that created materials for both online and offline experience. Without a unified style guide customers did not see a consistent look or message. The experience was confusing for the customer. SCE was missing out in putting out strong brand with uniform voice and tone as well as look and feel.

With the website refresh to a Responsive Web Design, I led the team to develop a comprehensive online web style guide to cover all the bases from colors, typography, button, image to writing. This style guide has saved the company money in production costs as well as earned customer trust and satisfaction with better and consistent message and branding.
